FireAcad is available for  AutoCadŽ 2004, AutoCadŽ 2005, AutoCadŽ 2006, AutoCadŽ 2007 and AutoCadŽ 2008 under   Windows 2003, Windows XP and Windows Vista operating systems in English languages. FireAcad is one of the very few programs which utilizes a true 3D mode. At the same time FireAcad allows the user the choice of viewing the screen in plan view or 3D while still working. FireAcad will calculate the proper length of piping and allow for head loss for a sloped roof while drawing   FireAcad has its own built in windows hydraulic calculations that can also be used as a standalone calculation program   FireAcad has its own built in automatic material listing program   FireAcad doesn't need to quit AutoCadŽ to use the hydraulic calculations  FireAcad's ceiling tile layout can be pre-set or customized for ANY layout at any starting point using any type of ceiling   FireAcad lets the end user easily change the pricing of the material or add in new material for material listing purposes   FireAcad has fully usable metric and imperial drawing capabilities, allowing the user to switch between the two formats at any time throughout the drawing with complete accuracy.  FireAcad's 3-Dimensional capabilities are second to none in the Fire Protection Design Software Industry.  FireAcad gives the designer an accurate detail of what is being drawn at any given time. The 3D view is active, therefore the user can work in both 3D and plan view. You can also use the view ports command to have one section of your screen in plan view, and the other in 3D.
